Sunshine Room - Term 2.2 - Where do plants and flowers come from? 23/24

This term we will be learning all about where plants and flowers come from. 

We will talk about plants and flowers during our group time and we will discuss where they come from, what they need to grow, and how long they take to grow.

We will take part in planting activities and watch as the small seeds we plant start to grow into beautiful plants. We will plant lots of different things from flowering bulbs to delicious salad vegetables. 

All of the children will also be sent home with a sunflower seed to plant and we will find out whose grows the tallest!

We will also be investigating fruits and vegetables and looking at the different seeds they have, can we grow fruit and vegetables from these seeds?
