Sunshine Room: Big Question - Term 2.2 - How do we know it's Spring? - 23/24

This half term our Big Question is 'How do we know it's Spring?'

We will be starting by asking the children for their ideas and what they already know about spring. Then we will use a variety of fiction and nonfiction books to further our learning and understanding of spring. 

We will talk about spring vegetables and use our cooking skills to make some spring recipes. 

We will be learning some new Makaton signs and thinking about the Spring weather.

During Forest school sessions we will be doing a Spring hunt to see if we can find any signs of spring. 

Some eggs will be arriving and we will think about what might happen to them....
